Our back to school information and school calendar will not be mailed this year. Links below for Enrollment Form, Home Language Form, Meds Form, and the School Supply List. If you are unable to print the forms, please contact the district office and we can mail you the forms or the forms will be available at enrollment and can be completed at that time.
1st day of school is August 16, 2012
Enrollment Dates are as follows:
August 7 6:30 - 8:30 pm (9-12)
August 8 8:00 - 4:00 (K-8)
August 9 6:30 - 8:30 pm (9-12)
Kindergarten
Any child who is five years of age on or before August 31 of the current school year may enroll in kindergarten. A certified birth certificate, immunization records, and health assessment must be presented at the time of enrollment.
1st Grade
Any child who is six years of age on or before August 31 of the current school year may enroll in the first grade. A certified birth certificate, immunization records, and health assessment must be resented at the time of enrollment if the child did not attend kindergarten.
Transfer Students
Students new to the district must present a valid record of immunizations, birth certificate, health assessment, as well as a signed request from the parent/guardian for the transfer of previous school records.
