Thirty years ago I was offered my first teaching position at Centre and I'm still here. I began teaching 3rd and 4th grade at Pilsen. Since then I have taught 2nd through 6th grade, Title I and for the last 11 years I've been in MTSS/Student Support.
I was raised on a farm between Hillsboro and Lehigh and attended a small country school, Suncrest, for grades 1-8 and then went to Hillsboro High School. I graduated from Tabor College
My husband and I live on a farm near Lost Springs and we have 3 sons and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, reading, doing SUDOKU puzzles, watching football and basketball games on TV (especially K-State and the Dallas Cowboys) and attending church activities.
