Must be 18 or older with HS diploma or equivalent, pass background KBI check and have prior daycare experience (minimum 6 months preferred) or be willing to take training classes. Prefer degree in early childhood or CDA. Must be reliable, love children, have a passion for teaching, great patience, and attention to detail.
