Centre FFA had another successful day at our South Central District Selection Day. Jensen Riffel won his district proficiency award in Ag Services! Tanner Stuchlik was named the South Central District Greenhand Star Farmer! Way to go Cougars!
We will have a 1:00 PM dismissal on Wednesday, March 4th to allow for Staff Development. In addition, school will let out at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 6th for the end of the third nine weeks.
Sophomore and Junior Parents: Tomorrow during 6th hour Butler County Community College will be here to talk about college classes for the 20-21 school year. If your student is interested, please encourage them to attend the meeting. Thank you.
Junior and Senior Parents: Tomorrow after the Literacy/STEM night, there will be a presentation about college financial aid and the FAFSA process. The presentation starts at 7 in Mrs. Nickel's room. Please attend if you are interested in learning more about this process!

Center junior high Quiz Bowl wins again! Tonight at Peabody.
Seventh grade was undefeated in pool play, and placed second at the meet. Eighth grade made it first out of pool play, and won the meet! Go Cougars!

Centre will host High School Class 1A Quarterfinal Basketball games on Monday, February 24th and Tuesday, February 25th.
Monday, February 24th, the Centre High School boys will take on Rural Vista at 7:00 PM.
Tuesday, February 25th, the Centre High School girls will take on Solomon at 7:00 PM.
NO PASSES ALLOWED AT THE QUARTERFINAL GAMES.
